Illustrations and comics
My illustration practice explores a range of visual styles rather than being confined to a single aesthetic. While I have a strong interest in children’s illustration, my work also extends to more experimental, expressive, and concept-driven approaches.
I enjoy adapting color, texture, and character design to suit different contexts and audiences, aiming to create visuals that are both engaging and versatile. Through this flexibility, I seek to develop a distinctive yet adaptable visual language that can communicate across different themes and purposes.
Character illustration display
This character design draws inspiration from anime aesthetics, focusing on expressive features, stylized proportions, and clear personality traits. I use color, costume, and silhouette to communicate the character’s identity and emotional tone. The design aims to balance visual appeal with narrative potential, allowing the character to exist both as an individual figure and within a broader story context.
Letchworth - The City of Youth
This brief comic project is set in the Letchworth Garden City. I transformed several representative buildings in this area into character-like images with human-like features. By combining the buildings with the character designs, I explored how to re-imagine the urban space as a vibrant and distinctive living entity.

Mr. Brown Bear is a friendly and approachable character designed with soft shapes and warm tones to create a sense of comfort and trust. The rounded form and gentle expression enhance his appeal, making him especially suitable for storytelling and children-oriented contexts.
